3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) p000ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by p000ph as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p000ph login credentials, including your username and password. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. p000ph aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash within three (3) minutes of approval. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. p000ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal to Registered Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. p000ph reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made to a verified account in the player's own name.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the p000ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. p000ph complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. p000ph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
6.1 Certified Games. 11.2 p000ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p000ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 p000ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p000ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 p000ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, p000ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent activity.
12.3 You may close your p000ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to p000ph's customer support team for resolution. p000ph will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 p000ph's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR. Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
14.1 p000ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
14.2 Where changes are material, p000ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
